Advanced AR Display System for Vision Way Helmet

Vision Way is an integrated augmented reality (AR) display system within Luxpera's smart helmet, projecting digital information directly into the rider's field of view. This technology utilizes a 1.3-inch IPS screen, a flat mirror with 40% ribben film coating, and a 2x magnifying lens, all housed in a compact module powered by Raspberry Pi Zero W.

The visual output is projected onto the mirror, magnified by the lens, and then reflected onto the helmet visor, which acts as a semi-transparent screen—creating the illusion of floating graphics without obstructing the road view. The system supports real-time navigation, safety alerts, and sensor data display, all with low power consumption and optimal visibility both day and night.
